This is a souvenir cap design from the Candle Café, which was Sam's first job back when she lived in Sunset Valley during high school. It's similar to her work hat from there as seen in Where's Willow?.
Fun Fact from Mitch: Years later after moving to the city as an adult and opening Bluefire Books, Sam still keeps her old work hat from her first job as a keepsake. It may be dusty and covered in soot, but it's still special.
